- Chargeback amounts can not exceed the original transaction price
- Cardholders can’t file chargebacks for cash back debit card transactions
- Cardholders are required to attempt a return for “late delivery” chargebacks
- Chargebacks on returned items must have a 15-day waiting period before being filed
- Merchants are allowed to pursue representment on chargebacks that they believe are erroneous or illegitimate
